Wiltshire Cure Premium Pork is a sweet-brine cured pork loin with a cornmeal crust.
- 2 ½ lb. whole roast Wiltshire Cure Premium Pork, cut into six big steaks
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- ¼ cup orange juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Preheat the grill to medium high. Spray the Wiltshire Cure Premium Pork steaks with the nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl whisk together the maple syrup, barbecue sauce and orange juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the Wiltshire Cure Premium Pork steaks for four to five minutes per side, basing liberally with the maple barbecue sauce.
- Serve on grilled thick sliced toast with mayonnaise and crushed chilies. Delicious!
