Grilled Wiltshire Cure Premium Pork Steaks!

Wiltshire Cure Premium Pork is a sweet-brine cured pork loin with a cornmeal crust.
Serves: Six

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ lb. whole roast Wiltshire Cure Premium Pork, cut into six big steaks
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Nonstick cooking spray

To Prepare

  1. Preheat the grill to medium high. Spray the Wiltshire Cure Premium Pork steaks with the nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl whisk together the maple syrup, barbecue sauce and orange juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill the Wiltshire Cure Premium Pork steaks for four to five minutes per side, basing liberally with the maple barbecue sauce.
  3. Serve on grilled thick sliced toast with mayonnaise and crushed chilies. Delicious!
